Don't forget, the Annual Meeting and Banquet will be at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel at the Metro Center Complex in Phoenix. (I-17 and Peoria Rd. Take Peoria Ave exit and head WEST. Stay in South( left) lane. Turn left or SOUTH on 28th Ave. and staying in the left lane, turn left on Metro Parkway East. The hotel will be on your right.) 

We need your dinner reservations and meal choice by Thursday, 19 Jan. 2006
Individual dinner ticket $35. There are also some remaining table packages available, including display table.
