Looks as though the easement covers existing use of northern edge of range by Fed. BOP.  So, it looks as this item may not have negative impact on BASF. Depending, as always, on the details.

But. . .We will still need folks to cover the meeting in Tucson. We can't really afford to miss any of them. Tucson folks?
