Hello all;
Just a reminder for the ASR&PA Board meeting scheduled for Sat. 11 March,
2006 10:00 a.m. at BASF activity center.
On Friday the 10th, several of us will be at the G&F Commission meeting in Tucson. Should it run over, and we have to be there on Saturday, we would have to postpone the meeting until Sunday.
Would ask everyone to check schedules and see if that would be doable. If not, it will be on the next Saturday, the 18th of March.
A lot of things on
the agenda:
Future of BASF tops the list.
Also still need volunteers for important posts, especially Membership Secretary
and Bookkeeper.
The Budget
Questions such as moving date of annual meeting.
Restructuring of the Association
Updating telephone and email listings
Start planning for next year's annual meeting.
Start planning for ASR&PA 100th. anniversary in 2009.
Start planning for NRA annual meeting in 2009
Grants
And all the usual stuff.
