Arizona Amendment Working Against Gun Ranges!

State Representative Pamela Gorman (R-6) is sponsoring a "strike everything" amendment to the unrelated Senate Bill 1291.  This amendment would eliminate the ability of the Arizona Game and Fish Commission to work with any county, city, or town in Arizona to build or maintain a public shooting range.

With the current lack of shooting ranges in Arizona, and the everyday battle to save the existing ones, this amendment is simply unacceptable. Representative Gorman's amendment is a threat to the future of the shooting sports, hunting heritage, and ones ability to train with his or her firearm in Arizona.

It is critical that you call your State Representative today at (602) 926-4221 or toll-free at 1-800-352-8404 and ask him or her to oppose Representative Gorman's "strike everything" amendment.
